"As of now my experience with Tyler was amazing. He answer all my quote questions on my car search experience. I switched from a 3 year relationship with gainsco to join their agency. I pray it is the right choice. The rates stay the same and even lowered every 6 months. I also went with the safe driving to at least get a 2% discount if not the 10% because I was told even if I had my phone in hand a lot are went over the speed limit at times "guilty" I wouldn't see a higher rate that I would only loose the full discount of 10% and get 2% instead. So I can let you know my full experience in 6 months. Overall the communication was great and customer service. Thanks you Tyler, you where amazing 😁"

"****Be Aware*** I was Loyal customer for over 10 years several policies unfortunately no more after being disrespected and verbally attacked by a new agent when questioned why rates were going up I occurred no speeding tickets or claims filed just 25% increase and a refer to my app explained I was having trouble with app instead of helping the young man was offensive provocative very unprofessional i addressed agents behavior with Jeremy Gordon no apology instead I received a he's new advised me to talk to his condescending mother Sandy also unknowledgeable and another 25% increase I tried for Months with no help from a knowledgeable agent at Jeremy Gordon Rutledge State Farm branch very disappointing, if they want to handle their business through an app they should be more knowledgeable with the app they are pushing and how to fix problems that may occur. ***Save Money and choose any one other then Jeremy Gordon State Farm**** if a problem occurs Jeremy is going to tell you to talk to his Mommy and trust me she is no help either smh. If you wanna keep state farm I suggest go to any other location besides this one this place is Joke"

"I can’t say enough good things about Tyler at Jeremy Gordon’s State Farm office. I’ve had nothing but headaches with other insurance companies, from rising prices to poor communication, and it was such a relief to finally deal with people who actually care. I called Jeremy Gordon’s office and spoke with Tyler, even before I was officially a customer, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He, very professionally, makes you feel like he grew up down the street from you. They’ve taken great care of my papaw for years, and now I understand why. Because of how Tyler treated me and the trust my family has in this office, I switched my insurance to them and couldn’t be happier. The process was smooth, the pricing was straightforward, and I finally felt like more than just a policy number. "I have had State Farm since I was a teenager. My father, brother, and mother all have State Farm as well. I was recently in a very serious accident, to which the other party was at fault. My underinsured driver policy took over and Tyler and Zach have been such big helps! I’ve had a lot of issues with Enterprise and every time I’ve called they have immediately gotten me the help I needed! I highly recommend using them! Thank you guys for all of your help!"
